Thanks Scott, You put your finger on the point that has been missed. Some years ago the ICSA made funds available to every district to be used for "development." Unfortunately, not much of the money got used because either no good use could be found or, in one case, the head of the district said that there was no way to give all teams the same degree of help, so they helped no one! I would expect that Mitch would be the guy to check with on this and I certainly would say helping the smaller teams with this expense would constitute "development." We can down play the advantages of the pinnies, but one of the ways virtually every other college team is seen as legit is by way of an identifying uniform. (Is golf really a sport?) The simple fact that we now have them has been a boost to my team's ego They even want to wear them to dinner. In any case, let's see if the ICSA developmental funds can be used to help.
