After looking through the minutes of the ICSA Spring Annual Meeting Item
(11a), I saw the proposal for Season Limits to begin in the Fall of 2007.
The .pdf document has edits handwritten on it and looks incomplete.
Does an 'updated' copy of this new mandatory scheduling limits requirement
exist, and will it be more publicly advertised so teams can take these
requirements into account when scheduling for 2007?
