All teams which are scheduled to attend the Rose Bowl Regatta at Alamitos Bay YC on 1/6-7/07 should be aware that the withdraw deadline is DECEMBER 6. After that date the ICSA penalty goes into effect for non-PCCSC teams. If your team might be considering withdrawing let your conference scheduling person know ASAP. There are teams looking to fill empty berths.
