FINAL RESULTS
REGATTA HIGHLIGHTS:
Saturday:
The first four races of the day were completed in a 3-6 mph NNW wind,
with a slack flood tide. The wind shifted to the SSE for the start of race 3A,
and
the tide began to ebb. Gold cup and triangle windward courses were sailed.
No protests or breakdowns.
Sunday:
The first set was sailed in a 3-5 knot NE wind. During the rotation,
the course was moved to the north were we sailed the next two and a
half sets in a 3-6 mph E wind. The last B race and the final A set,
was sailed in a more consistent SSE wind at 5-8 MPH. The tide was
slack and flooding until the last set of the day when it began to ebb,
around 2:00. Gold Cup, Triangle Windward, and Olympic courses were sailed.
No protests or breakdowns.
