A cold front passed through Annapolis at dawn today and was followed by
shifty and breezy northwesterly blasting down the Severn with plenty of
sunshine.

The Race Committee ran 4 races aboard USNA's fleet of Navy 44 sloops.  

Coast Guard ended up with the day in top winning the tie break with Cal
Maritime with each at 10 points.  SUNY Maritime is 5 points back in 3rd.
