BUSA Wins the King Trophy!
The US vs. British Match Race in Colgate 26s was scheduled to take place at the Naval Academy on Tuesday 10/2. Both teams waited on the water for 2 hours hoping the breeze would fill, unfortunately it did not. The British team was committed to making the competition happen. The event was rescheduled for Wednesday 10/3. Luckily on Wednesday there was 8 knots of breeze, the racing took place in the Navy N Cove. The British team had experience match racing and it showed; the Brits won the competition with a 4-0 record.
