2007 Sugar Bowl Regatta December 30-31, 2007 Host: The 2007 Sugar Bowl Regatta will be hosted by the Southern Yacht Club, Tulane University and the University of New Orleans on October 30-31. The regatta will be held at Southern Yacht Club in New Orleans Louisiana. The fleet will be Tulane and the University of New Orleans's Vanguard 420s. Report Time: Sunday December 30 at 9:00am and Monday December 31 at 9:00am Rules The Regatta will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing, the ICSA Procedural Rules and the Sailing Instructions, to be distributed Sunday morning.
