REGATTA HIGHLIGHTS:
Saturday: Racing started around 12:30 in a south wind at 4-6 knots. The wind
shifted east and increased to 6-10 knots.
The final two sets were sailed in the north section of the river. W/L with
gates, gold cups, and triangle
windward courses were sailed. No protests or breakdowns were filed.
Sunday: Racing started around 12:30 in a south wind at 4-6 knots. W/L with
gates, gold cups, and triangle
windward courses were sailed. No protests were filed and one breakdown was
awarded for a broken pintle.
Thanks to all of the teams who came to Charleston as well as all of the
cougars who helped run a great event.
