McIntrye Team Race
Stanford University March 1-2, 2008 Sorry to USF for leaving them off the scores last night. Saturday- Was perfect with 8-10 building to 20-25 with flat water and very few shifts. Many swims and quite a few protests due to the fact that the Umpires could not hear the hail. 1.5 rounds complete and many tired sailors were fed at the Sequoia Yacht Club for the annual McIntyre Gumbo feed! Sunday- Started with 8-10 out of the North and backing with huge puffs from the East. It was great sailing that was fun to watch. Special Thanks to Dude 1 and his umpire crew of, Mikee Anderson, Emery Wager, Brian Haines, Glenn Oliver, Doug Sloan, Brian Stanford, Sloan Devlin, Wayne Wager, Paul Heineken, Matt Hooks and Zander Kirkland. And a huge thanks to the Stanford team who helped run this event.
