2008 Sugar Bowl Intersectional Regatta December 30-31, 2008 Host: The 2008 Sugar Bowl Intersectional will be hosted by Tulane University, The University of New Orleans, and Southern Yacht Club. The regatta will be held at Southern Yacht Club, New Orleans, Louisiana. Cancellation Deadline: Per ICSA rules there is a 1 month withdraw deadline for this regatta. The event will be held in 420's Rules: The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing 2005-2008, the current ICSA Procedural Rules. All teams to wear team uniforms as described in PR13(e). Format: The regatta will be a 2-Division, rotational event.
