Central Spring Qualifier

April 4-5, 2009
Sunday:
The Breeze today in the morning was 15-20 knots and decreased throughout
the day to 10-15. Racers had to face shifty conditions while battling a
strong tide. Races started early and the race committee was able to
squeeze in 16 races by 4 pm. The course was originally a modified
triangle with boats flying on reach legs. As the wind died, the course
was switched to a modified windward leeward. There were two protests
regarding a start and a mark rounding filed and judged by a protest
committee towards the end of the day.

Club for helping out with Race Committee. Also thanks to the protest
committee for hearing protests.
Congratulations to OCC Drexel and Delaware for qualifying.
