ICSA Afterguard Championship St. Francis Yacht Club San Francisco, CA May 28, 2009 Notice of Race 1. Rules: The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in the Racing R ules of Sailing (RRS) and the current ICSA Procedural Rules. 2. Boats: The event will be sailed in Club 420s as provided by the host. The fleet may be split into two divisions based upon turnout. 3. Eligibility: This championship is open to college sailing alumni and friend s. Skippers and crews will be provided whenever possible. 4. Fees: Entry fee is $20 per sailor, which includes post-racing dinner and re freshments. 5. Schedule: Thursday, May 28th 1400 Check In / Registration 1430 Competitors¹ Meeting 1500 Warning Signal for First Race 6. Sailing Instructions: Will be available at registration. 7.
