I am excited to see everyone at the upcoming ICSA Team Racing Championship for some awesome racing. Per the sailing instructions for the event, I wanted to invite qualified teams to ask questions if you have them.
All questions of rule interpretation or procedure shall be addressed in writing to the ICSA President (copied to this email) before the regatta or to the official ICSA Representative at the regatta. Answers to the questions will be posted to the official notice board.
