College Sailors, Coaches, and Fans,
The preseason poll for Sailing World¹s college rankings is opening today. Last spring Sailing World switched its college rankings to an open coaches poll, where any college team with a coach was allowed one vote in the poll. If you signed up last season, you should have received a link to the survey. If you didn¹t please let me know ASAP. If you are a coach and have yet to sign up for the poll, send me an email. If you¹re a college sailor and not sure whether your coach has signed up, please ask him or her. The registration process is quick (simply send me an email with your school, title, and years of experience) and the biweekly rankings will not take a lot of your time. All coaches (full-time, head, assistant, part-time, volunteer) are eligible to vote. We¹ll release the pre-season rankings late next week.
