REGATTA HIGHLIGHTS:
The first six races were sailed in a north wind @ 4-6 knots.
After a short lunch break ashore, four more races were sailed in a 3-5 knot
south wind.
All races sailed were windward/ leeward with four legs and gold cups.
No protests or breakdowns were heard. Congratulations to Allie Blecher CofC,
Emily Mademann ECK, and Corey Hall CofC for qualifying for the 2009 ICSA
Women's Singlehanded
Nationals. Thanks to cougar undergrads Alyssa Aitken, Mac Mace, and Chris
Banholzer for helping
run the event.
