The US Sailing appeals committee has reached a decision on an appeal of a
protest decision from the 2009 Captain Hurst Bowl. MIT has been reinstated in
race 3A. The result of this decision has moved UVM into 1st on a tie breaker.
Congrats to our friends from Vermont on the first intersectional victory in
program history. It is certainly well deserved.
