Congratulations to the Stanford University Team of Eliza Richartz, Rebecca King, Hannah Burroughs and Megan Grove for winning the 2010 PCCSC Women's Dinghy Conference Championship. Stanford will receive the automatic berth into the ICSA Women's Nationals. The University of Southern California and the University of Hawaii will go on to represent PCCSC at the 2010 Women's Semi Finals.
Nine teams sailed a double round robin under sunny skies and 70 degree weather in Long Beach. The USC Sailing Team led by Head Coach Mike Segerblom kept the races moving and kept the teams on the water until 1830 on Saturday to take advantage of the afternoon sea breeze that Long Beach is famous for. Three protests were filed resulting in 2 DSQ's. One of those protests determined the regatta winner.
