Cold Water Immersion Survival and Rescue, Recover, Rewarm This course is based on "Beyond Boot Camp...the 3 R's", a program designed for boating safety education volunteers and instructors and any first responders who may come in contact with a hypothermic victim. Instruction will be provided on the safest and most proper way to contribute to the success of a rescue, recovery and re-warming protocol.
