The biggest changes are as follows: *All requests must be submitted at least 1 week prior to competition* *The request site is now password protected* To request access to the yard for a regatta at Navy, please log into the site below and follow the instructions below that– http://www.navysports.com/ot/navy-visitors-team-officials.html 1. From the main access information page one will click on either the “TEAM” OR “REFEREE” link. 2. On the ensuing page they will first select the sport they are registering for and then enter the user name “team” for teams; “ref” for referees and then the password *“go2navy!”* 3. Upon correctly entering the password the appropriate page to request access information will appear. - Forms can be submitted *ONE MONTH* in advance of competition - Forms *MUST* be submitted *NO LATER THAN ONE FULL WEEK (7 CALENDAR DAYS) *From the *INITIAL DATE OF ACCESS.* - *PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR TEAM HAS SUBMITTED THE ACCESS FORM AHEAD OF THE DEADLINE. FAILURE TO DO SO COULD VERY WELL RESULT IN THE TEAM PARKING OUTSIDE THE YARD AND WALKING ON!* - This form is only to be utilized by game referees and the official travel party for the visiting teams. - This information is *not* to be passed on to families, friends or any other non-official visitors or any non-official visitors of either our Navy personnel or those of the visiting team. - When a team has completed an access request form, they will receive an email confirming the request has been received. *This does not mean approval for access!* Ian Burman Head Coach Navy Sailing Team 410.293.5617 -- Danielle M.
