Hosts,

Just a few reminders about hosting requirements for ICSA Intersectionals
and Conference Championships.

1. Make sure you sign up for a TechScore account at least 1 week before the
event you are going to host. It has to be approved before you can use the
system and this may take up to 4 days to do.

2. Regatta Reports need to be sent out at the end of each day or racing and
include the following: results or appropriate link to results, current RP
information, basic wind/weather/racing synopsis and any pertinent
protests. If you use TechScore there are sections for all of this
information (TechScore should be used for all fleet race intersectionals
and conference championships).

3. Within 3 days of the conclusion of the regatta RP Forms (and results if
they are not online) must be sent to the Interconference Regatta
Coordinator. You may fax or scan/email those to the contact below.

4. Once you have entered in all RP information, penalties and final race
scores please "Finalize" your regatta with TechScore so it can be archived.

The All American Committee and All Academic Committee use the RP
information from TechScore to generate their reports, if the regatta is not
scored through that system it might not make it on to their report...

If you have questions ask, there are lots of coaches and administrators in
your conference who can help, there is a good chance that someone at your
venue that weekend is familiar with the system.
