Hosts, As we near the end of the season please make sure to go back and look at all of your TechScore regattas in your account. If there is a red PENDING listed where the date should be review the regatta information and finalize the event. If you had multiple copies of an event or created a practice event please list the unused/unofficial events as "Personal" and finalize them so they can be cleared out of the system at the end of the season.
The All-American Committee needs your events to be finalized in order for the information to show up on their reports. Coaches, you also need to go into your account and match any sailors that may have been added into the system during the year. This can happen for a variety of reasons (sailor fills out RP form with a nick name or middle name instead of their registered name, the data in the RP form was hard to read or they were not registered at the time the information was entered). To do this go to the "My School" menu at the top and then select sailors. This is very important as this is the sole output of All American data for fleet race events.
