Sun:

Racers were greeted with temps in the high 40's and rain for day 2 of the
Admiral's Cup. The wind again was perfect, ranging from 8-15 with small shifts
from the NNE direction. This direction created some bigger waves and made the
runs very tight. We finished the 19 team round robin and everyone was off the
water by 12:45. One protest was heard resulting in a DSQ. Congratulations to
College of Charleston on winning the 2012 Admiral's Cup!

Sat:

Started off with winds ranging from 4-12 knots from the shifty South
direction. Had a lunch break after 3 sets and then came back out to a building
southerly with winds ranging from 15-22knots and flat water. A great afternoon
for the bigger crews. We raced KP trapezoids all day and finished up with 14
races in A&B and 13 in C. Tomorrow we will start with 14C. Thanks to Bill
Ward and Clinton Hayes for helping with a protest which resulted in a DSQ.
Thanks to USMMA Waterfront teams for helping run the event.
