We are coming to the close of spring semester/quarter at the colleges and universities of the Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association of North America, and what a great season it has been!
To those who are graduating, congratulations! Be sure to keep sailing, some how, some way, other people's boats, borrow boats, your own boat . make it happen. If you are stepping away from school for a time, make it a useful period, but keep sailing! Stay in touch with college sailing by maintaining your email account with the ICSA list (perhaps switch to the digest version), or if that's too much for your inbox, join the ICSA Afterguard list which will have news for alumni, alumni regatta results, and nationals results. Keep your contact information updated in the ICSA database, as well. To today's collegians as we power through the Alumni Regatta season: be sure to post your team's Alumni Regatta results to your Conference's list and to the ICSA Afterguard list. While many alumni would like to make it to every regatta that's hosted, sometimes life gets in the way. They, and their former competitors, still enjoy seeing those regatta results to keep an idea of who is sailing and where they are . (be sure your results list the full sailor's name, college and grad year, and today's hometown and state). Sincerely, Gail ~~~/)~~~~/)~~/)~~~~~~/)~~~/)~~~~~~~~/)~~~~~ Gail M.
