Dear ICSA Sailors and Coaches, The Williams College Sailing Team is starting the search for a new coach to start next fall. The position is part time, 8 weeks in the fall starting the first full week in September and then another 6 weeks in the spring starting the first week in April. Under our outgoing coach Rich Cote, who is retiring after 17 great years building the program, we have grown to a good sized team with over two dozen sailors and 6 brand new FJs.
