Yale University is seeking an Assistant Sailing Coach for the spring of 2014. This will be a non benefit level position with employment running from March 1, 2014 to April 15, 2014. The ideal applicant will be a recent college graduate with a history of success in college racing and will have a current US Sailing Level 1 certification and a power boating license. The applicant will work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Sailing on daily practice plans, minor boat repair, administrative functions and will coach at regattas on weekends. Duties include but are not limited to: On the water coaching either by sailboat or by powerboat, weekend coaching and travel at away regattas (overnight stays), running home regattas, and travel with the team for spring recess.
