Saya juga pernah mengalami hal spt itu, bro. Coba cek ke "setting-->application-->manage application-->running apps, trus liat brp memory yg dipake Android keyboard. Kalo lagi nge-lag gitu biasanya sampe lebih 30MB. Biasanya saya restart pake Fast Rebbot, normal lagi. Just share..
