Ya, saya pilih proses refund (uang). Option ini saya pilih setelah dua hari sejak unit di opname di service center samsung Tomang. Diinformasikan oleh teknisi-nya via telepon, bahwa watermark-nya tidak bisa hilang. (Sudah coba diganti 1Blok LCD, hasilnya masih ada watermark)
Syarat refund adalah: - fotocopy KTP - bukti kwitansi pembelian - kartu garansi - fotocopy buku tabungan - box lengkap diserahkan ke samsung. - mengisi form 1 lembar (diberikan oleh CS) Proses refund 2 minggu.
