Dari sisi operator, mayoritas pelanggan masih pakai HH yang hanya bisa 2G, Utk tingkatkan revenue data, and perlu promo supaya berduyun - duyun pakai HH yg bisa 3G, kedepannya diharapkan pemakai Data jadi nambah.
