Kalo kondisinya kyk gini, coba uninstall updates di Play Storenya, clear cache dan datanya sekalian. Mudah2an berhasil.
Kalau sebelumnya pernah/sempat backup system apps/data pake TitaniumBackup, bisa coba restore data Google Service Framework tadi.
