Halloo..
Saya mau tanya nih, saya kan iseng nge-up DNS server di localhost saya.
Terus etc/resolv.conf searcnya saya isi 127.0.0.1, dan root.hints nya
saya isi dari how-to nya. (udah di edit nggak ada blank space di awal
baris). Terus saya coba connect dial up ke isp via modem.
Terus saya nslookup ke www isp saya (www.dnet.net.id) kok
ngak bisa ya? Yg dikenal oleh dns local cuma localhost nya aja.
Terus saya coba pake dns isp saya, ternyata bisa kok lookup
kemana aja...
Kenapa ya? fyi, pesan errornya :
*** localhost can't find linux.or.id: Non-existent host/domain
dan root.hints nya juga udah saya isi dgn dig dari rs.internic.net
Hasilnya masih sama.
Apa ada hubungannya dgn "Refresh" spt rekan P.Y. Adi Prasaja tulis?
Mohon di jelaskan kpd saya. Via japri atau milis ini.
