A Fast-Growing IT Company looking
for the following candidates :
+ Web Designer
An understanding and sensitivity of form layout and color with
a strong knowledge of typograpical convertions with the flexibility of
expression. Can communicate conceptual ideas through rough pencil
sketches and in electronic form.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks around projects and has
displayed through his/her work the ability to see
big picture and remain detailed oriented.
Requires communication skills, self management as well
as team collaboration. Photoshop, Illustrator.
Infini-D/Adobe Dimentions, Power Point, Director software.
Online & multimedia graphics a plus.
+ Web Developer
1-2 years of experience is required.
Intermediate level of experience with Internet/Web Browsers
and Web publishing tools. Must have excellent verbal and
written communication skills. Experience is PC/Mac, Windows
95, MS Office is a must. Highly motivated and able to perform
in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
A degree in Computer Science or Criminology is preferred.
Design implement and test commercial Web applications
targeted for advanced internet users.
Must be proficient with Microsoft and Netscape
technologies, including V4.0 browsers release levels.
Experience building complex, industrial-strength, commercial
Web sites. Experience in design of maintainable and reusable
software components.
+ Database Administrator/Programmer
Programming, Monitoring and maintaining operational database
availability and integrity. Database server performance profiling
and tuning; database configuration management and reporting;
refining and developing operational procedures; recovery from
database server failures or data corruption; and, testing new
database software, tools and upgrades
Candidate is expected to administer multiple databases and
database technologies in a distributed network environment.
Strong communication skills are required. Call-in support may
be required.
Administering relational database systems on Unix and
Windows NT and knowledge of scripting languages is preferred.
Experience with query languages (especially SQL) is a plus.
+ Network/System Administrator
Major duties and responsibilities: Performing general
systems administration activities on a large complex of
production servers. Analyze requirements for new projects and
become part of the team in planning new applications and
enhancements to existing applications. Install new code
binaries from development and use existing tools to manage
the server complex.
Unix Systems Administration experience,
UNIX shell scripting, NFS, DNS , project planning, and
negotiation in a fast-moving multi-tasking environment.
Skills Desired: Good analytical and problem solving skills, the
ability to use a variety of resources to solve problems and an
understanding of TCP/IP networking.
BSD/Linux experience, PERL basics, Working knowledge of C/C++.
