banyak cara ,tergantung mau dari layer mana :
+ dengan ipnat(coombs.anu.edu.au/ipfilter)->
(clonenya ipfwadm/ipchains di linuz),
lalu config deny ke ip2 tertentu(simple packet filtering).
+ install transparent proxy squid (squid.nlanr.net) di router-pc tsb,
kemudian set acces-list untuk deny host2/ip tertentu.
+ deny routing ke site2 tertentu :
route add -net [ip-target]127.1 -blackhole
atau kalau mau limitasi bandwith per-servis/IP/network
bisa gunakan BWMGR ( www.etinc.com ).
