I remember the first Handspring product that I ever ordered. I was co-chairing a large fund raising event and coordinating several volunteers and activities. I needed a device that would assist me in juggling many different schedules, tasks and events. I was a die hard pen and paper girl with my daily planner always attached to my arm. My daily planner was becoming too burdensome, the weight of it often exceeding the carry-on allowance enforced by most airlines. I was strongly encouraged by a friend to "consider" transferring to the electronic world of PDAs. After hours of research and continued cajoling by my "techie" friend, I decided upon a new product offered by a local company by the name of Handspring. When my PDA arrived, I was skeptical, yet enthusiastic. The ease of use and small size was very appealing. It did not matter that I needed to learn a new style of writing the alphabet (affectionately referred to as Graffiti), I was prepared for the challenge! Just in case however, I planned to keep my daily planner close at hand should my new PDA fail. I carried my planner for over a month, never opening it once! I actually began to leave my appendage at home for days on end...never needing it or missing it. I soon realized that I had become a PDA convert! Thus began my solidarity and commitment to Treo smartphones! I use my Treo for everything! As a Mom of two teenagers, my afternoons and early evenings are often spent in my car, a.k.a the taxi. In addition to racking up my mobile minutes yakking with my friends, I can play a quick game of Bedazzled, prepare my weekly menus and grocery list, text message my sisters and check email. I utilize the portable-folding keyboard (when I am parked of course!) which makes responding easy and convenient. In addition, I can take pictures of my son and his goofy friends...all with ONE, very small, very reliable, electronic device! I have owned every single one of your products and continue to look forward to upgrading when newer products and technology become available.
