Permasalahannya adalah database engine saya adalah MyISAM, pake MySQL 5.0 tapi saya coba berkali-kali konvert ke InnoDB gagal terus, saya ber inisiatif mengupgrade ke MySQL 5.1 dan berhasil masuk ke InnoDB, saya kemudian copy libMySQL.dll ke ruby/bin, dan hasilnya adalah :
