Teman saya (perempuan) overweight 
diet pake apel, jeruk, dan biskuit
aku gak gitu akrab sama dia, tapi 
rasanya belum pernah lihat dia makan
nasi deh ... kedengerannya sih nyiksa
tapi efektif tuh ... umurnya sekarang
33 tahun.

Instruktur training saya (pria) cuma 
sarapan dan makan malam, makan siang 
hampir enggak.  Katanya udah biasa gara2
dulu di tempatin di berbagai kota
di eropa yang kebiasaan makan siangnya
paling banyak cuma sandwich.  Badannya
ideal untuk ukuran 50+ tahun.  

Sebaliknya kebanyakan orang diet dengan
melewatkan makan malam.  Logikanya :
sarapan terpakai untuk kerja 8-12AM
makan siang terpakai untuk kerja 1-5PM
dan sesudah makan malem aktifitasnya
sangat tidak berat.

Ini hasil pengamatan pribadi, mungkin lebih
efektif dan efisien kalo konsultasi ke
ahli gizi.
