Biaya tergantung banyak hal: kondisi eksisting sebelum
renovasi, spesifikasi, desain renovasi, penambahannya
di lt dsr atau lt atas, dll.
Kalo ruang kosong saja, utk lt dsr, mulai 1jt-an/m2.
utk lt 2 mulai 1,5 jt-an/m2.
Sekali lagi, tergantung variabel2 diatas tadi.
