Saya sarankan anda buat surat keberatan atas perubahan nilai objek bangunan
ke Kantor Pelayanan PBB dimana SPPT dikeluarkan.
Menurut UU Perpajakan PBB, ada ketentuan bahwa maximum 45% dari bangunan
dapat dikenakan PBB.
Hal yang anda alami pernah saya urus dan pihak kantor pelayanan PBB
memberikan keringanan, maka saran saya silahkan diurus keberatan mumpung waktu
pembayaran PBB belum jatuh tempo.
Semoga jawaban saya dapat memberi solusi.

Logika saya , bangunan makin tua nilai/harga makin turun. Kalau harga tanah
makin lama makin naik, ok bisa masuk diakal saya.
Tolong penjelasannya agar otak saya yang bebal ini bisa mengerti apa yang
dikehendaki oleh Tukang Pajak , ampuuuuun pemerintaaaaah.
