sekedar informasi saja, kebetulan saya pernah bergabung di apriari (ternak
lebah) bahwa warna madu tergantung dari nechtar bunga apa yang dikonsumsi lebah
(cntoh: nechtar bunga kelapa akan menghasilkan madu berwarna coklat dan rasanya
manis, madu bunga kapas dan jambu batu biasanya berwarna putih manis, madu
bunga bakau, kopi berwarba kehitaman atau bahkan hitam rasanya agak pahit dll,
untuk kekentalan tergantung cuaca, bila musim hujan biasanya madu sedikit lebih
cair) dari beberapa contoh tadi banyak yang senang mengkonsumsi madu jambu
