Hi;

IS 1.5 runs on top of WSAS 2.2.1.

So, first you need to deploy WSAS 2.2.1[1] on Tomcat. You can find out 
documentation on how to do it here [2].

Then you need to copy relevant jars and services from IS to WSAS.

Also you  need to copy ROOT.war[you may rename this] and admin.war from 
IS to [Tomcat]\webapps.

At the same time replace the WSAS conf and database directories with IS 
ones.
