Hi Roger,

I just added status and contributor columns and made the spreadsheet
editable by anyone. This way everyone can see what is being worked on and
we are less likely to duplicate work. I'm also realizing that the
GUI/non-GUI classification may not be very accurate (at least for
RstripExtension.py), but will leave it in for now.
