This is why this thread should never be in IDN WG in the first place because there are so many discussion which was never even in this group. It is a carried over from JET list. I did *not* say SC/TC is "economy". Deng bought up arguments on why TC/SC is neccessary because of "economy cost" in JET list. I responsed to say that "economy cost" is generally not a consideration for IETF. I feel there is no need to continue this discussion in the IDN WG until we have the draft they promised. If you wish to continue, then please feel free to do so in the JET list where the original discussion have taken place. -James Seng
