Yes, see, e.g. www.�l.com and www.k�reklar.com, which work due to Internet 
Explorer supporting Verisign's plug-in (you do not have to download the 
plug-in). There are numerous other Scandinavian websites using the letters 
�, �,  �,  � and  �.
