--- Start of Idrisi List message Hi all. How can I use a scanned image - in this case a portion of a paper map - in IDRISI. My problem specifically is how to reproduce the pallette so that the BMP, once inported into IDRISI, looks like it should. Opening the BMP file in any graphics package, the "map" is reproduced perfectly - Roads are red, water is blue, text is black, etc. etc. How do I make IDIRSI do this? When you use BMPIDRIS the other way (IDRISI to BMP), you get the option of exporting a Pallette. Many thanks for any help. I will SUM.
