--- Start of Idrisi List message Hi, I wanted to thank everyone who helped me with the problems that I was experiencing with Idrisi and the imagery thay I had. I am now currently in the process of classifying the imagery in terms of Supervised Classification. I have my training sites and signature development steps completed and have moved onto actual classifying the image. I wanted to get some feedback on the classification of the image... what classification module is best? There are a large variety to choose from... which would give the best results?? The imagery that I have is around 250 megs... but in using Bayclass, etc... it takes it up around the 1.7 gigs. I have the imagery (geo-rectified aerial photograph) in Idrisi with training sites of vegetation communities (in total 5). I wish to clip, if possible, the vegetation from the aerial photograph... so I am not classifying urbanised areas, etc, only areas of vegetation cover.
