--- Start of Idrisi List message Dear list, I am trying to do a Cost surface (using the COST Push algorithm) to show accessibility to railway stations with the cycle network as the only method of travel. The cycle network is the friction surface and several railway stations (points) are contained as my features file. I have created a surface taking account of the cycle network when doing distance to stations. I am trying to reclass the resulting image as showing all areas within 5 minutes of a station. The grid resolution is 12.5metres. I wondered if the cost surface actually shows anything. Is it right to do a cost surface using multiple features? Or should I just be doing a surface from only one railway station using the cycle network. Any help would be much appreciated, Helen Cook _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp --- End of Idrisi List message IDRISI-L is an unmoderated list.
