This document is the product of the Telephone Number Mapping Working Group.
The IESG contact persons are Allison Mankin and Jon Peterson.
Technical Summary
This document registers an ENUM service for presence services (as
described in RFC 2778), pursuant to the guidelines in RFC 3761.
Specifically, this document focuses on provisioning pres URIs
in ENUM.
Working Group Summary
The working group was very comfortable with adopting this service
registration for the standards track and progressing it.
Protocol Quality
There are not currently implementations of pres: service registrations,
as far as can be ascertained. The service registration has been carefully
constructed. It was reviewed for the IESG by Allison Mankin.
