This document defines a new RTP Control Protocol (RTCP) Extended
Report (XR) block that allows the reporting of loss concealment
metrics for video applications of RTP.
This document is a product of the Metric Blocks for use with RTCP's Extended
Report Framework Working Group of the IETF.
This is now a Proposed Standard.
