The IESG has approved the following document:
- 'Network Service Header (NSH) Encapsulation for In-situ OAM (IOAM) Data'
  (draft-ietf-sfc-ioam-nsh-13.txt) as Proposed Standard

This document is the product of the Service Function Chaining Working Group.

Technical Summary

   In-situ Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (IOAM) is used
   for recording and collecting operational and telemetry information
   while the packet traverses a path between two points in the network.
   This document outlines how IOAM data fields are encapsulated with the
   Network Service Header (NSH).

Working Group Summary

   There were a number of comments raised in the last call, to the point where 
the last call was restarted.  All these comments have however been addressed.  
The documented seemed to have good consensus from the WG.

Document Quality

   The shepherd review was comprehensive and the comments raised were addressed 
on the list in -11
