happy to announce that there we no challenges. 9 of the 10 people selected

Consequently, I will contact Benson Muite. Because Benson has not listed any
affiliation, there is some possibility of a conflict with the 9 people already
selected. If Benson is not available, does not respond during the challenge
period, or he has an affiliation with either Huawei or Nokia (the companies
that already have two people seated), then the next iteration of the selection
process will be needed.
This starts a new challenge period, ending 2023-07-25 (any time on earth).
