Purpose: To produce I-D draft-ncnext-netconf-rfc6241-bis, for NETCONF 1.2, a backwards-compatible update to NETCONF protocol version 1.1. This DT may later produce a second I-D for NETCONF 2.0, a non backwards-compatible update to NETCONF 1.2, to coincide with an expected rfc7950-bis produced by the NETMOD WG.
